The American Wellness Alliance (AWA) Introduces “Immunestat™ an Advanced Immune Health Management Protocol”
Dr. Kalyani Kumar, President and Co-Founder of AWA and Jullian Irving Grante, Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of the Alliance, introduce “ImmuneStat ™ an Advanced Immune Health Management Protocol for Immune Health Support. As a result of recent published reports indicating epidemic shortages in the normal availability of Flu Shots originally scheduled to be administered this season. The Alliance will make IMMUNESTAT™ available in the weeks ahead, to help meet the overwhelming demand for increased protection this Flu season. IMMUNESTAT™ was scheduled to be introduced and released with a projected launch date of September 1, 2005 for the 2005-2006 Cold and Flu Season.
The availability of IMMUNESTAT™ will greatly assist local, state and federal agencies such as the Department of Health and Human Services, private and public sector healthcare providers in their combined efforts to fill the void of Flu Vaccines, by offering IMMUNESTAT™ as an optional Immune Health Management Protocol for individual use. The Alliance believes that every citizen should have options available that will assist an individual in maintaining Optimal Immune Health and Wellness. British authorities suspended the license of Chiron Corporation, because of contamination concerns. Chiron makes approximately 50% of the Flu Vaccine used by the United States.
It has also been reported, that Aventis Pasteur, the World’s largest Flu Manufacture, will ship up to 1.4 million Flu Shots, to the United States, to compensate for the significant reduction usually available. Secretary Tommy Thompson, in a recent televised interview, stated that US Health Officials had originally planned to administer an estimated 100 million doses of Flu Vaccine this year. Due to the enormous shortage of Flu Shots available this Flu season, the reduction of available doses is projected @ 55 million units.
The American Wellness Alliance Immune Health Management Group™, LLC will begin shipping IMMUNESTAT™ to pharmacy’s, local, state/federal agencies, which include Community Health Centers (CHC'S) that generally serve Senior Citizens, the indigent and poor. The Alliance is presently developing regional manufacturing partnerships, to meet the increased demand for IMMUNESTAT™ which will be available to consumers through healthcare providers and retail outlets across America, on or about the week of November 8, 2004.Over $80,000,000.00 has been invested in comprehensive research to evaluate the benefits of several major ingredients that have been included in the Alliance’s IMMUNESTAT™ Immune Health Management Protocol.
The IMMMUNESTAT™ Immune Health Management Protocol, is part of the Alliance’s state of the art “Healthcare Performance Zone” Model, which identifies 3 levels of Healthcare Compliance. (1). On June 2, 2004, Dr. Kumar and Senior AWA Management Staff were invited by the office of the Secretary, to brief officials in the office of Prevention and Health Promotion, at the Department of Health and Human Services. Dr. Kumar and Alliance personnel shared the Alliances comprehensive healthcare initiative, “Achieving Optimal Health” Through Intercellular and Molecular Medicine© ICMM. Dr. Kumar and Mr. Grante, conduct Immune Healthcare Seminars in communities across America, for Physicians and Healthcare professionals, sharing the benefits of "Intergrated Immune Healthcare Management™" in addressing a variety of Immune Health issues, such as arthritis, diabetes, cancer, stroke, high blood pressure, obesity and heart disease.

One of the major components in the IMMUNESTAT™ Advanced Immune Health Management Protocol™ is a standardized elderberry extract, Sambucol (SAM). In a variety of placebo-controlled, double blind studies, individuals reported significant improvements in symptoms, fever and influenza. The study also reported in 93% of the cases in the SAM-treated group, were free of symptoms in 3 days or less. A complete reduction of influenza symptoms were reported by another controlled group were 91.7% of patients showed substantial improvement within 6 days. These studies were performed by the Department of Virology at the Hebrew University-Hadassah Medical School in Jerusalem, Israel.
