Jullian Irving Grante, Co-founder, Senior Partner and Executive Vice President of The American Wellness Alliance, has enjoyed a distinguished career, first as a decorated Air Force Officer, followed by a legislative career as a Lobbyist and Educator. He has been honored with a number of awards, including the Washington Area Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in 1995 and 1996.
Mr. Grante, has represented small business, Fortune 500 companies, and local, and state governmental agencies. His areas of service included Educational Policy, Product Safety, Healthcare/Welfare Reform, Medical and Pharmaceutical issues. Over the past 30 years, he has drafted and co-authored legislation at the local, state and federal levels and has worked with several Presidential Administrations. A highly respected Lobbyist and Legislative Strategist, he has been called upon to provide expert testimony during Senatorial and Congressional Judicial hearings.
In 1994, Mr. Grante, working with the office of the Virginia Governor, advised that administration on “Virginia’s Welfare to Work Initiative” which became a national model for assisting thousands of individuals to transition from social dependency to individual responsibility.
In June of 2002, Mr. Grante, co-founded the Shrub-Grante Healthcare Alliance. The Alliance’s primary objective is to design and implement a Healthcare and Malpractice Reform Model that would effectively define the difference between Negligent and Negative Outcome and to improve America’s healthcare system, by improving patient access to care. This initiative is presently being reviewed by state legislators across America for funding and implementation.
In January, 2001, Mr. Grante was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma. A large cancerous tumor extending from under his arm into his right chest wall area was removed, but the prognosis for recovery was not encouraging. Subsequently, Mr. Grante endured 11 months of chemo-therapy and treatment, which resulted in severe and crippling paralysis from arthritis. In 2002, with the cancer in remission, he began to research the benefits of Immune Health Management Protocols™ as a resource for his rehabilitation. This lead to his advanced education in the Science of Immune Health and to his recovery from the ensuing arthritis.
Mr. Grante, is presently pursuing a PhD in Molecular Biology at Johns Hopkins University and assists Dr. Kumar in course instruction and lectures on Cellular Wellness and Immune Health Management ™.
